Troy's room

Spacious home, minutes from shopping and dining. Less than 5km from the airport and less than ten minutes from shopping and dining. A block away is a nice open space with walking trails.

The home has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. With only 2 bedrooms available currently for accommodation. The home is fully furnished which makes it ideal for those that are relocating to the area or traveling for work and require mid term accommodation’s.

Located in Deer Valley, the home was built in 2005 and has 2 levels and 1250sq ft. of space with an unfinished basement. It has everything you need to have a fantastic stay. Guests have full access to the house, while I reside in the basement with my treat loving dog.

Sleeping - Your room is on the top floor along with the main bathroom. In your room there is a smart tv, full length mirror and a comfortable bed from Hush

Main Bathroom - There is soap, shampoo & conditioner as well as a hairdryer. Linens are in the closet across from the main bathroom

Parking - In located in front of the house. There is an outlet by the front door if you need to plug in your vehicle

Living Room - Is spacious and has comfortable leather recliners, workstation and a 60inch smart tv. You might even find some jars of sweets. Your to enjoy.

Kitchen - Has everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal. The table seats four. You will find a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots & pans, toaster and rapid boil toaster. You will find all the spices above the stove and space for dry goods in the top corner cupboard. For any left overs there are storage containers in the cupboard to the left of the kitchen sink. Fresh products are not supplied.

Guest access - Is through the front door. There is a closet for jackets and a area for footwear. Keycodes will be provided prior to check in.

Home Security - Aside from the keyless entry there are cameras located on the outside of the home. There are two cameras on the front of the home and one on the garage.

I love animals and being active. During the warmer times of year I am often visiting family and friends or on the road. Currently I am the only roommate and reside in the basement.
