The best thing about this home is its location. Being 5 minutes away from shopping, dinning, multiple coffee shops, it is certain to satisfy. Canadian Brew House is always a great place to go for drinks and food with its outstanding service, you will be sure to go back.

Located in Deer Valley, the home was built in 2005 and has 2 levels and, 1250sq ft. of space with an unfinished basement. It has everything you need to have a fantastic stay. Guests have full access to the house while I reside in the basement

Sleeping - Your room is on the top floor along with the main bathroom. In your room, there is a smart TV, a full-length mirror, and a comfortable bed from Hush

Main Bathroom - There is soap, shampoo & conditioner as well as a hairdryer. Linens are in the closet across from the main bathroom

Parking - In located in front of the house. There is an outlet by the front door if you need to plug in your vehicle

Living Room - Is spacious and has comfortable leather recliners, a workstation, and a 60-inch smart TV. You might even find some jars of sweets. You to enjoy.

Kitchen - Has everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal. The table seats four. You will find a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots & pans, toaster, and rapid boil toaster. You will find all the spices above the stove and space for dry goods in the top corner cupboard. For any leftovers, there are storage containers in the cupboard to the left of the kitchen sink. Fresh products are not supplied.

Guest access - Is through the front door. There is a closet for jackets and an area for footwear. Key codes will be provided prior to check-in.

Home Security - Aside from the keyless entry, there are cameras located on the outside of the home. There are two cameras on the front of the home and one on the garage.

This listing is ideal for digital nomads, medical professionals (e.g. travelling nurses)

I can often ben found walking my dog or riding my bike. Being active is what I enjoy. Camping is an annual activity.
