summer lease perfect for short term
Hello! I am moving out of my room to move in with my partner so the lease is only from March 1st to July 1st. Possibly before around last week fo Feb. Apartment is furnished and the room comes with a bed and the white chest of drawers (or that can go if you don’t want it). The rest of the items are mine so will clear a lot of space. There’s a deep built in wardrobe with lots of storage space. Space under the bed too
The room has two doors so you can divide it up to have an office/yoga space. It also gets a lot of natural light.
Very cute kitchen which has everything already. Bathroom has washer/dryer. You just need your suitcase! Perfect for someone spending the summer in Montreal
The rent includes hydro and internet
Apartment is in the best location next to Laurier Park, 10 mins walk to the metro. 5 minutes to Metro grocery shop, lots of cafes and restaurants
There’s a shared garden with a picnic table perfect for summer get togethers
About the roomies
Housemate is super chill, tidy and respectful of eachothers space! She has two cats which are adorable
