Private bedroom available in a shared two-bedroom in the main floor of a house, centrally located at Bloor and Ossington—Literally a 5-minute walk to Ossington Subway Station! Rent is $1,150 monthly INCLUDING utilities (only internet and renter’s insurance extra which will be split). Located just off of Bloor on a quiet, residential street, but close to many amenities: restaurants, pubs, private grocery stores, Dufferin mall and walking distance to Trinity Bellwood’s, Little Italy and Christie Pitts. House also has back patio which is lovely during the summer and a shared back yard with the other tenants in the building.

Rent controlled. You will sign on the lease and rent will be paid directly to letting agency. There is also a $200 processing fee which must be paid to the letting agency when signing the lease. The usual documents like credit checks & employment letters will need to be provided to letting agency.

Deposit will be paid to roommate who is moving out.

I am seeking roommate to occupy a large, (private) bedroom as my current roommate is moving out. Looking for someone quiet, likes to keep the shared spaces clean and respectful of others space & privacy.

No couples or pets.

The bedroom will come unfurnished but has loads of space for king or queen size bed+desk+wardrobe. Lots of natural light as it is located on the main floor. We would be sharing the living room, bathroom and kitchen. Like many downtown locations, there is no laundry on site, however there are many laundromats available within walking distance.

I’m 27 years old and from Ireland. Been living in Toronto for the past 3 years and I WFH full time in sales. I’m clean, sociable and respectful of others space. Big into sport, fitness & cooking.
