Newly renovated 2.5 bedroom apartment in St. Clair West (Hillcrest Village) neighbourhood. The unit is on the basement floor (5 or 6 steps down) and has large above ground windows. The building is steps away from bus and streetcar (15 minute bus to Christie Station, 10 minutes to St. Clair West station). Laundry, shopping, lots of good cafes, restaurants and grocery stores (Fiesta Farms, Loblaws, No Frills), all nearby. Both bedrooms are towards the front of the unit, and there’s a small studio/storage room in the back. My current roommate will be leaving much of her furniture, but you’re welcome to bring your own as well. All rooms and bathroom are newly redone. Need someone who can commit to at least 5 months. No smoking in the unit, but the landlord is fine with cigarettes/weed outside. Proof of income required, no subletting permitted. Please provide a short character reference from employer, landlord, superintendent, or roommate.

Hello, I’m Ellia, I’m the only other person who will be in the apartment. I’m a 23 year old trans woman, and an apprentice truck mechanic. I’ll be gone most weekdays and home some evenings and weekends. When I’m home I’m usually quiet, if I have friends over it’s very rarely more than two people. I like climbing, old TV shows and anime, history and nerdy technical things in general. If you have a small pet we can talk about accommodation, but cats and most dogs will be a no due to allergies.
