Flamingo Drive

looking to find a room mate to share a two bedroom house with , my current roomate is moving away to school and we would have the opportunity to renew the lease in May. rent is 1750 plus utilities , powers approx 180 a month with equal billing and internets 80 . we have a woodstove, backyard ,shed and a basement. I am debating renewing the lease only if i can find a suitable roommate.

I am a nurse who works fulltime and have a small cat and medium sized dog who is great around the house but is dog selective and nervous of men. I have a lot of houseplants and play guitar and sing :)
