Accommodation in owner’s home. Private bedroom with patio door access to large deck and home private back yard. Private full bathroom. Shared kitchen and laundry facilities. Owner open to converting the separate dining room to private sitting room for the right tenant. One small dog is Ok providing it is altered, owner of the dog is responsible for yard pick up, and is compatible with Owner’s cat and dog. Smoking outside only.
