Hi! I am looking for a female young professional or mature student to occupy the other room in my apartment to move in February 1st. I am looking for someone that is clean, quiet, and friendly. No couples please.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping is permitted in the apartment. So non-smokers and non-vapers please.

The rent is $830 per month and is due on the 1st of each month and the cost includes water, heat and unlimited internet. Hydro is extra and it normally costs about $25-$35 per person depending on use. Last month’s rent will be required before moving in.

The available room is unfurnished and around 10x10 ft. It can easily fit a queen sized bed, a desk and a small vanity. There is also a closet in the room.

The apartment is mostly furnished already but I am open to discussing bringing in or replacing furniture if you have any.

There is a bathroom (that we will share), living room, dining room and a kitchen. There is a coin-operated washing and drying machine available in the basement of the building. Unfortunately there is no parking available except for maybe street parking(you would have to look into it with the City of Ottawa).

I have a very friendly cat. I am open to having one more cat in the home as long as it is friendly to other cats.
