Brand new townhouse in North Langley! 5 min drive to LEC, 10 min drive to Trinity Western University, 4 min walk from the Carvolth Bus Station, and easy access to highway 1.

There are two options of rooms available.

The first is the master bedroom with its own ensuite and walk-in closet. It is also fully furnished with a queen bed. This room is 1100/month and includes all utilities, parking, wifi, and in house laundry.

The second option is a smaller fully furnished bedroom with high ceilings and large windows and closet. This room has a shared bathroom with one other person. Tenant is a female and very tidy and clean. This room is 900/month and includes all utilities, parking, wifi, and in house laundry.

The photos were taken in June 2022 when I bought the house and it had since all been furnished. The house has all brand new appliances and furniture, a living room with a shared TV, an outdoor patio, and lots of space to lounge around or do homework. There are lots of walking trails and parks near by, as well as local stores and shops that are a 5 min walk away.

I am a 20 year old female student at Trinity Western University and I currently have three people living with me. One will unfortunately be moving away for work at the end of August so I’m looking for someone to take his place. Everyone else in the house is either a student at TWU or a young working professional. Everyone in the house is super nice and friendly, but we do enjoy our own quiet space as well.
