I have a bright and clean 1 bedroom with a large and private living room area available immediately. The rooms have big windows and are bright.

We are a drug-free, smoke-free house.

We are in a very desirable and friendly family neighborhood. We have a very private yard and large covered deck. We are 2 minutes from the highway, 1 minute from the recreation centre, shopping and bus and about 5 minute drive to the University of the Fraser Valley.

$875 per month includes shared kitchen, laundry, internet, street parking and mostly private bathroom.

We are a young couple (late 20s). We are active friendly and respectful and we are looking for the same. We keep to ourselves and are quiet and respectful. We have always gotten on well with our rommates and we are looking for the same.
