Looking for a mature female or female student to share my comfy home located in Millwoods (close to Grey Nuns and Millwoods Town Centre).

I’m offering a large furnished open room in the basement that has a curtain to close off and comes with your own private bathroom. The space comes with a brand-new full bed, a couch set, and a large screen tv. We will share the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The other shared space is the laundry room in the basement.

There is a backyard, which is beautiful to hang out in during the summer months.

Rent is $800 a month and includes utilities, laundry, cable and internet. Damage deposit will be $800. Absolutely no smoking of any kind indoors. No couples and no pets. Two references required.

I am a 66 year old female, who has a small dog named Brie - she does shed but doesn’t go in the basement. I babysit my grandkids, so they might be at the house from time to time but I primarily watch them at my daughters.
