We have a room available in our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house. Available March 1st. Can move in earlier if really needed. $600, including all utilities. Deposit is $600 Other two rooms occupied by female tenants. FEMALE tenant only, Or will consider a couple for a discussed increase of rent. Need to be clean, respectful and responsible. No parties. WE have two cute kitties that love cuddles, but unfortunately aren’t allowed any more pets in the residence. Bus stop near by that goes to the university.
