Alex Franklin's room

It is a detached home, with a large fenced backyard. There is a washer, dryer, and all kitchen appliances. $625 is everything included, except internet which is only $13 split between 4. There is a park across the street, and walking distance from a Tim Hortons and convenience store. The basement is unfinished, we use it for storage. Plenty of street parking.

We are three girls looking for a fourth roommate. We currently have a spare bedroom, theres a closet and a window. The bathroom is a shared bathroom with a bath/shower. We have a dog, three cats, and two budgies. We have very different schedules, so we’re either up late or up early but we are always respectful of the people sleeping, and each other’s boundaries. We prefer a female roommate, but may consider a male.

We love to do things together, and we want our home to be a safe space to come home to. We would love to find someone who vibes with us and will be respectful of the space and each other.
