I have a large home on10 1/2 acres located 2 3/4 km west of Hwy, 35. A car would be needed and must be able to do stairs. There are three large bedrooms, Den, two full bathrooms on the second floor, the main floor has a large living room, billiard room, dinning room, sun room, Kitchen, Breakfast nook and Laundry. You would be sharing the entire house with the exception of the 2 bedrooms! Your bedroom is fully furnished with two twin beds, dresser, closet two windows, bedding and towels are included! I am 15 min. from 407 and approx. 30 min from Lindsay, Bethany, Port Perry, Millbrook and Bowmanville!

I am a very independent senior who loves to garden, cook and I love my home and property! I have a very French inspired store in Port Perry where I spend much of my time! There is a large apartment in my home which is shared by my son and 2 buddies (Divorced. my daughter and I call it the heart break hotel) They are great guys with their own companies and spend a lot of their spare time looking for new adventures! We periodically share meals together! I love all animals and have two furry friends, Under the Hood, ( a chubby tabby) and Faith ( a complaining black and white feline) If you do not like animals this place is not for you!
