Here’s the thing, I just moved into this home with a housemate and they are falling apart. I have a feeling they will not be able to make rent for March and that puts me in quite the situation. I have not been able to get ahold of them in a few days. So if you have the flexibility that would be needed for this mess please let me know. I’m a 41 year old male, I have a good career. I’m not a big party guy, I prefer taking the car out or going fishing. I’m just an average guy who likes to relax and watch tv. No smoking inside but there’s multiple decks. Oh, I have a cat. She’s great with people but not the best with other animals. Unfortunately you wouldn’t be able to have a pet, I know that sucks but she’s pretty cool. Rent is 1350, half of hydro (have not received a bill yet) and half of bell Fibe tv and internet which is $52ish This is a septic and home is on a well.
