Quiet and spacious room available in an owner-occupied home.  Tenant will have own private bathroom with shower/tub.  Shared access to massive kitchen and living room.  Parking, laundry, Wifi and all utilities included   About the House: The home is bright, quiet and clean with hardwood floor throughout.  A well-behaved cat shares the home (NOT allowed in tenant’s bedroom) and is kept immaculately clean with air purifier in shared spaces.

About the owner/roommate: quiet, respectful retired man who likes to read, study online, listen to music, watch the occasional documentary and a good conversationalist (conversation not required).   Available Nov. 01 or later.   Please email for additional details or questions.
