In Rutland directly beside the Dollarama. Top floor. Short walking distance to amenities. Very close to main bus route to get anywhere in town. Luxury vinyl plank flooring. Brand new appliances. Nice bedroom with large closet, and south facing window with view of mountains. Shared laundry, bathroom and kitchen with quiet roommate. The living/dining room area is off limits because I use that area as my bedroom. Internet and utilities are included in the rental price.

I’m an indie game developer and software engineer. I build mobile games with famous influencers. I work at my computer, or play video games most of the time. I’m an introvert that’s happy doing my own thing. Allergic to cats. I don’t like to have a lot of visitors. To sleep I need to leave the AC fan running at night(not making it super cold, just for the white noise fan sound. This may be a problem if you would be bothered by white noise)
