Bedroom available in a 4 bedroom home, spacious kitchen, large front deck, back yard, on a dead end street in the quiet town of Bon Accord

My fiance and I are in our early 30s, we have 2 well behaved cats, we spend most of our free time lounging around the house watching tv and playing video games. We purchased this house back in the summer, but there are 4 bedrooms, and we only use 1. We would like to have 2 roomies; 1 on the main floor, and one in the basement.
