I am a young 20 something male that works and goes to school. I am looking for a roommate to share my 2-bedroom apartment with as my current roommate is moving on. This would ideally be affective May 1, 2023 but is flexible for after mid March. The rent $825 a month which includes TV and Internet(or $765 without internet and tv access). You are responsible for your own groceries. All utilities are included (except parking. You will have to pay for a parking space if you require one, as I do not own a vehicle). I am very easy going and easy to get along with. I would prefer a male roommate but I am open to both. I enjoy sports, working out, video games, watching soccer and hanging out with friends. I work quite a bit and am often out. Non-smoker (including vaping and marijuana) preferred (no smoking in building) but if you are a smoker, you will have to leave the building property to smoke, as it is a smoke free property. The bedroom is unfurnished and you have access to all other areas of the apartment. There is on site laundry as well on the lower level of the apartment. MUST commit to a one-year lease and must fill out application and be approved. This apartment is on the third floor and there are no elevators available. Located in the north end of Brockville On site Superintendents that are very attentive and nice. Clean and quiet building close to all amenities.
