The room is furnished with a bed, desk,chair, drawer and built in closet. Public transit and Commercial drive is about a 5. - 15 min walk. There are many stores, restaurants and bars nearby as well as trout lake. Some storage and access to front yard/garden is available. Sorry no pets, no smoking, no drugs, no house parties or overnight guests. All utilities included.

It’s in a 4 plex and I’m one of the units in the lower level. This unit is above ground and very bright. Im the only other roommate. I work evening shifts and sometimes other shifts. There is internet, Netflix and prime tv. The outside has lots of trees and everyone in the other 3 units are quiet.. It’s a great place to live. Lol
