Kennedi's room

Me and my boyfriend are wanting to rent out one of the bedrooms in our basement. We live in a 4 bedroom house with out two cats and my step dad also lives here temporarily on the upper floor with us and gets my younger step brothers every second week. He works as a cook during the evenings and is gone and his children go to the babysitter so the house is quiet for the most part. But there will be kids here sometimes! But they are well behaved :)

There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and laundry and a parking spot. There is a bus stop right outside the front door and across the street is a strip mall where you can find Tim Hortons,dollarama,shell and many other stores!

Me and my boyfriend are a young working couple with a one year old cat named sage and a kitten named Salem We are typically looking for a roommate who works and is unproblematic and responsible. We are very 420 friendly :) and hoping for someone who also doesn’t mind kids as my step brothers will be here sometimes.
