• Non-Furnished Bedroom, but kitchen and living room are all furnished.
• Approximately 650/month, including wifi and utilities.
• Penthouse apartment (18 floors/amazing views), with a patio, laundry room (coin machines), underground parking (75/month), pool, mini gym
• 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms (1,488 square feet)
• Walking distance of: Kitchener Market, KPL, Downtown, Victoria Park, public transit (bus/train).
• Preferably looking for someone for 1 year+ (but less can be discussed.)
• Dogs are welcome, preferably smaller pups, but non-shedding (I’m allergic!).

Hey there! Me and my roommate Jesse are looking for a 3rd roommate. We both work full-time, in-person, in the non-profit sector. We’re both in our late twenties and are involved in sports, community building, and enjoy spending times with friends! We are both clean people and prefer someone who appreciates a clean space. You would be sharing the bathroom with Jesse (male), as I have my own bathroom. We occasionally have friends come over, and sometimes have friends over on the weekends. We like to host gatherings sometimes, but not too often! Things we love about KW - the farmer’s market on Saturday mornings, cafe hopping, spending time in Victoria park, checking out live music and art exhibitions, and the people! KW is a beautiful place :)
