Three bedroom suite upstairs, I have been living here since July 8th of 2021. The laundry room and kitchen are shared with the basement suite. There is one room that is available and it has a lot of closet space. The house has fast wifi and is close to the Univeristy as well as the Southland Mall, many amenities. Looking for someone that is LGBTQ friendly and very communicative. A very drama free house.

Currently myself in the upstairs. I am a bartender and medical assistant and the basement suite has one bedroom which is taken by another and his partner. The house is furnished aside from the room but you are not just renting the room you have access to any of the house, aside from the basement, and decoration wise will be between myself and the interested party. I have no problem sharing the space and invite any interesting decorations and styles.
