Yukon Street

Hey I’m Ross! My current roommate is moving out and I’m looking for a new one.

The apartment is in a perfect location in Vancouver, a quiet neighbourhood by city hall. Walking distance from grocery stores, restaurants, parks, gyms and whatever else you need. Transit is extremely convenient and you can be downtown in about 10 minutes at any time of day. It’s about a 700sq.ft garden suite and I have lived here for 5 years with a few different roommates.

I’m looking for someone around my age of 27 (preferably male but I’m open to girls if you fit) who is very chill/tidy and will have their half of the rent without issue each month. I work in radio/podcasting and work from home about half the time, so we will have to be friendly. I’ve been sober for 7 years but I’m cool with casual drinking and pot use.

I love riding my bike, hanging out with friends, playing games and watching sports. If you dig HBO shows, documentaries, music and sports we should get along!

I will note that the only perceived drawback of the place is it is a pretty old building and the 2 bedrooms are connected, so I need access to 1 corner of your room at night (I open door and open next door immediately to the left). There is a room divider so there is still plenty of privacy, in my years of living here this hasn’t caused an issue.
