This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom (shared shower/bath) on a 1 year lease as well . Theres a laundry room with washer and dryer in the apartment. Central A/C . Beautiful Balcony with patio furniture and full bbq and propane fire pit . There is a coach set and tv in the living room . Full kitchen with dish washer . There is a full gym , private movie theatre and golf simulator as well as a social room and a roof top terrance with tanning chairs as well as a community bbq and social area . This apartment is located on the 19th floor with 2 seperate elevators. There is a wooded area around the back of the building as well with a few paths . Rent is 900 a month which includes wifi but power is an additional around 50$ in the winter and around 25$ in the warmer months bi monthly . Bus stops are located on the street in front on the building . There unfortunately is only 1 taken parking spot and no on site parking available as they patrol and boot unauthorized cars daily . There is 11 visitor parking spots and every tenant has 15 10hr visitor vouchers a month but depending on the time of day are usually scarce

We are 2 very laid back roomies who for the most part just hang out in our own rooms playing video games or what ever . We are both 420 friendly and you will hear music and tv playing but we just each mind our own with no worries and were hoping to find somebody as laid back and chill and care free as we are . One of us is in our 20’s and the other in our 30’s . We each have friends and over night guest aswell from time to time and you can feel free to aswell . Basically we want somebody whos non judgmental, non uptight and carefree but at the same time mutual respectfulness . Please feel free to ask any questions
