Private Room For Rent

Short term space available starting Jan 1 in Kelowna. Close to bus routes and tons of shops..

The space is a large basement rec room transformed into a furnished bedroom and living space. The occupant(s) has their own bathroom too.

There is a shared kitchen upstairs where myself, my husband, two cats and pooch live.

We are looking for the right short term tenant(s) for us and the price is dependant on the duration requested and amount of people using the space. Price includes smart TV, internet, utilities, etc.

My husband and I are equally introverts as we are extroverts. We love to recharge but also love to host a good dinner party! We are avid gardeners and love our 3 fur babies dearly. We take pride in a clean, tidy space and hope you do too :)
