Hi there! I’m looking to rent out the 2nd room, as my current roommate is cancelling the lease. I have lived here for close to a year already and I love it! The apartment is located in a quiet, pretty neighborhood by the waterfront. East end of toronto, but easy to get anywhere downtown as the king streetcar is closeby, there are buses, and union is walking distance as well, or you can walk to anywhere you need to go. Multiple grocery stores closeby. Large spacious apartment, with lots of light. New building, modern finishes, well made. Apartment comes furnished. There is a living room as well as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You’d get your own room and bathroom which is great! Also theres an in unit laundry machine and dryer!

You’d be rooming with myself. I work from home most days of the week as a finance professional, go in to the office once or twice a week. I like to spend time at home, watch TV, cook, work out, explore the city, try new restaurants or go out for a drink. Always down to hang out with the roommate and do stuff together, but fine with doing our own thing as well. Not into partying/smoking/ loud after hours stuff. Like to keep it peaceful and clean.
