The Location:

This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house is in Rutland. A close walk to bus stops along HWY 33.

Your Space:

Basement bedroom available w/ shared bathroom (shower, no bathtub) in this large, 2,202 sq. ft. home. Must be ok around dogs.

You share the large lower-level w/ 1 other roommate. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser, nightstand and has a large closet. Relax and put your feet up in the shared lower living room, complete with a dining table, large bookshelves and tv seating area. High-speed TELUS Wi-Fi and cable is included. Bring your own linens and bedding!

The main level has the shared– retro – but functional kitchen that is c/w: dishwasher, electric stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker and has all the cooking utensils/dishes you will ever need! No, it might not have the newest finishes, but it does the trick! Shared laundry.

Feel free to store your bikes, stand up paddle boards and camping gear in the single attached car garage/entry to basement. A large dry storage area is also available downstairs if needed. You get a designated parking spot in the driveway and there is plenty of street parking for guests.

There is a large veggie and fruit garden if you have a green thumb!

You:

We are looking for respectful, social, kind and tidy female roommate who is responsible about rent and bills. Perfect for a student or young professional who does not party late, or let people sleep over without roommate’s permission.

Must be employed.

Couples considered, for $1200 a month.

Upstairs – late 30’s couple with 2 medium sized dogs. We enjoy relaxing during the work week. Night and weekends you can find us doing woodworking projects, camping and enjoying the Okanagan with our friends, family and pups.

Downstairs – mid 30’s single male musician who enjoys entertaining friends and writing music!
