Decent sized room with north facing window and a smaller walk in closet, or the room next to it that doesn’t have a walk in closet. I live in a 3 bedroom duplex w/ attached garage and a finished basement. Too much space for me to utilize all of it. You’d have access to the back yard, garage, basement, everywhere but my room. All bills included as well as internet.
