Full basement ( 1 bedroom, open concept living room and storage room), own bathroom, shared laundry and kitchen, non-furnished, parking pad with plug in. Non-smoking home.

I am a mature, quiet, single female. I love to cook and bake but like a neat and tidy kitchen. My home is clean and organized. I work full time outside the home and babysit my grandchildren on a regular basis. I have a very friendly dog (dalmation) and one sucky cat.
