We are renting an amazing brand-new primary (master) bedroom in a corner townhome in Milton, at Bronte (Hwy 25) and Britannia. This house is in a new development, and backs onto a ravine with no neighbours in the back. This bedroom is directly on the ravine with lots of privacy – you won’t even need window blinds. You would share the house with 2 or 3 other roommates. We need everyone be responsible and tidy to look after our dream house.

This room will be furnished with a double bed, and a dresser (in addition to the walk-in closet). All utilities are included in price, including fast speed fiber-optic WiFi. We will also have a cleaner come every other week and clean the house - at no extra cost.

The house will come fully furnished including new stainless-steel appliances, including a gas stove, washer/dryer combo, dishwasher and microwave. There will be a sofa set, TV, and a breakfast table.

Can currently fit 2 cars on driveway + car in garage. There is also street parking. Closest intersection is Bronte (Highway 25) and Britannia, in Milton. Close to Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington and Georgetown.

We would ideally have the house rented by females only but we are open to both genders. This house is suitable for professionals who are looking for a quiet neighbourhood and enjoy nature.
