We have a lovely, spacious room for rent in our two bedroom basement apartment! Your room has a nice sized three slider closet. We will be sharing a bathroom, kitchen, living area, and the washer & dryer. There is a queen sized bed frame and mattress in your room but it can be removed if wanted. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen including a pantry and shelves. Basic appliances are shared. We are located at the corner of Maitland and Clyde, with a big fenced-in yard (which is also our entryway). There is one available parking spot. Our home is a 3 minute walk to Baseline and Clyde Walmart and many other amenities such as Shoppers, restaurants, other grocery stores, and Algonquin College. We are a 5 minute walk to the 88 stop and the 50 stop is around the corner (which connects to the LRT). We’re also a few minutes drive to the highway. Rent includes hydro, gas, and internet. Available April 1st on an annual contract. Deposit can be paid over first two months.

Hi! We’re two queer women who are looking for a roommate. We’re both 22 and currently go to Algonquin College - I’m in my first year and my girlfriend is graduating in April. We’re relatively quiet people and would prefer someone who is considerate of their noise level - especially since my girlfriend works from home part time and I’m in school full time. We’re most comfortable living with women, non-binary people, and couples (a male partner is cool). We’d prefer someone around our age range and who’s a student or working. No pets as we have a shy 14 year old cat. She’s sweet but she takes a bit to warm up to newcomers! Some of our interests include crochet, plants, video games, yoga, rock climbing, and cooking/baking :-) We are mostly tidy and try to clean up as we go. Weed friendly, however, we’d rather no smoking of any kind inside the place (outside is fine).
