I rent a 1945 era house on a third of an acre in the Port Haney area. We have a deck, above ground pool, outdoor eating area with a BBQ, parking for your car. House gets alot of sun in the summer.

AREA and ROOM The room has 2 windows with blinds (one standard size and one peek a boo size) as well as two closets. It has a double bed with linens, pillows, towels, side table, lamp and small stand up cabinet. I also have a mini fridge and small freezer for your exclusive use as well. In the summer I have a window exchanger for your window and it makes it quite comfortable.

SHARED:

Kitchen, living room, laundry room, 1 shared bathroom, dishwasher.

Above ground pool in summer, deck with patio furniture for relaxing.

Outdoor covered patio table/chairs and BBQ HUGE garden area/acreage.

THE DETAILS: Rent is $1,100 per month and payable on the 1st of each month and which will include:

-Parking for one vehicle

-wifi,

-hot water,

-electricity,

-dish soap,

-dishwasher soap,

-cleaning products

-weekly garbage/recycle collection

Damage deposit of $550 required

Current work reference to confirm employment Former tenancy reference

WE ARE:
Older established single mom in the legal industry and 16 year old son looking for the perfect addition to share our home with. We also have a non shedding 10 year old dog who adores anyone who will give in to her belly rubs. Feed her snacks and she will never leave you!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

-Female (Any age preferred ) BUT will also consider a man. For the 20 to 30 group - please not that I am not interested in parenting you.

-Christian (we attend Ridge Church) and we live out our faith. Just being honest for a good fit.

-Someone who loves to garden is a PLUS!

-Someone who is quiet and not bringing hoards of people over daily as we value our privacy and quiet time as well as yours.

-Someone who likes the temperature a bit cooler as we put on a sweater and slippers. The house has electric baseboard heating and even turned low I am paying $150 per month on an equal payment plan for just my son and I!!

The “NO ZONE” (we appreciate your likes BUT also have our allergies)

-Non smoker of anything (not even outside of our home) because when you come in, you bring it with you and I get migraines to vaping, cigarette and pot smoke.

-No cooking or eating shellfish in the house due to migraines and allergies.

-No overnight guests before we speak about it.
