One room available on the main floor. The room is unfurnished. Internet is included on the utilities, paid separately from rent. There’s parking in front of the house and two spots in the alley way if required. The yard is quite large with a fire place and a garage for storage. Pets are allowed if vetted by the landlord. Smoking of any type in the house is prohibited but outside and in the garage are fine. The area is calm, safe, and the neighborhood is friendly.

You will share the property with three other people. We are fairly relaxed people, interested in D&D and other TTRPGs, music, video games, etc. We have a somewhat broad range of interests, from music creation to programming and D&D to hiking. We’re all weed and animal friendly and looking for someone similarly minded.
