The master bedroom + walking closet + washroom and shower + all furniture in the photos (bed, mattress, dresser, lamps, etc) are available for rent as the current roommate is moving out by the end of April. This is a shared accommodation and another person is living in the den (she has her own washroom). The rest (living room, kitchen, balcony etc) are shared.

The room and the condo unit is furnished (as seen in the photos and even more, all dishes, etc are provided). Just bring your own personal items!

Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or weeds. Absolutely no pets.

Suitable for 1 person only. Visitors, overnight guests, even family members are NOT allowed for the privacy of the other girl (and the same applies to her, for your peace of mind). There is no parking for this unit but there is paid Green P street parking all over the neighborhood.

What is not included in rent and is extra? Utilities. The monthly bill is around $100 and your share would be half of it, around $50. Tenant liability insurance (for your personal belongings) are optional and not included either.

What is included? rent + high speed internet (value: $50) but is free and included in this price. Condo amenities include a gym, roof garden, BBQ area etc.

Deposit? Yes, damage deposit (equal to 1 month’s rent) + refundable key/fob deposit ($250) + the usual payment of first and last month’s rent upfront.

The other roommate: George Brown College student - female. She lives in the den (check the floor plan among the photos) and she has her own washroom. All general rules of no smoking, no pets, no visitors, etc applies to her too.
