Great house, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 8 minute drive from Trent University. 3/4 bedrooms taken, has backyard and 4 car driveway. Bus stop located across street for public transportation.

We are all first year students who are moving in together for our second year and are looking for 1 more roomate! We are all organized, respectful of one anothers space and we keep a clean house! We are social and like to go out on weekend/ hangout with friends, but also are school orientated. Don’t want people constantly in and out of house/parties being thrown. #1 rule…No A$$holes:)
