Upper level of house Looking for 2 female students to sublet our rooms from May 1st- August 31st 2023. The first room is the master bedroom can comfortably fits a queen bed and has balcony and closet. Rent is $700.00 per month.
The second room is the second biggest in the house can comfortably fit a double and furniture and closet. Rent is $650.00 per month.
Lower Level Descent size fits a double bed and furniture which will be available from June 1st- August 31st, 2023. Rent is $600 per month
About the roomies
5 Bedroom home consists of Fleming and Trent students. The upper level has 3 rooms two are available and one will be occupied until August by a female student.
The lower level has 2 rooms, 1 of which will be available June 1st- August 31st, 2023.
All amenities are included except for Laundry is $2 per wash and $2 per dryer
