Looking for a clean and quiet housemate. I have an unfurnished bedroom & bathroom available for rent as soon as possible. We will be sharing a kitchen, den and living room. The apartment is spacious and well lit by natural light. Main bus stop is across the road and building has plenty of amenities.

Shared space is furnished.

Rent is $1300 a month and covers all utilities (Power/Water/Heat/Internet) and an outside parking spot.

Preference will be given to young professionals or grad/senior students, who don’t smoke or drink/party excessively. Serious inquires only.

I am a quiet, clean & respectful young business professional. I don’t drink or smoke. My girlfriend visits the odd weekend, and is planning to move in around September.
