A little about me - I am a 33 year old female, employed full time, pretty quiet during the week.

Occasional weekends I do like to have friends over to have a good time but keep it respectful. Appreciate keeping the common areas clean.

Summer nights if I did have company are mostly spent outside in the backyard. I have an outgoing personality, but also appreciate my space. I host a big annual Halloween party & have A LOT of fun with decorating.

Non-smoking house but smoking outside is okay.
