Ian's room

You will be renting approximately a 10x10 bedroom from the beginning of May 2023 to the end of August 2023. The bedroom has a double bed, a desk with some storage and a chair. The room has a 2x4x8 closet for clothes and other storage. There is a common area kitchen, living room, and balcony that is shared with roommates. The apartment has an on-site laundry machine. The apartment has an on-site storage unit. The building is very close to Uwaterloo and the 202/12 bus stop. For food, it is very close to the Westcourt/Westmount plaza.

I am a UW student who won’t be in waterloo for the summer, so I am looking to sublet. There are 3 other people in this unit, all students. They are friendly people who don’t discriminate against things like race, culture, sexual orientation, etc. They like to keep the apartment clean, so as long you do your dishes and your part of the chores everything will be totally fine. We watch lots of sports together in the living room and occasionally host gatherings.
