Has a dog run, elevator, in-unit laundry, bathtub, good storage space, AC/heating, community garden, picnic area, dishwasher, etc. Would be willing to live in any of the Broadstreet properties, but aim to sign a lease this month as it’s a $300 discount on the deposit.

21 year old disabled woman and her 15 year old dog. I have most furniture and appliances for the kitchen and living area, but not against adding. I have yet to move in, just looking for a roommate as it is one of the only accessible places I could find (and the cost is most of my AISH, lmao)
