Seeking Short Term Cool Clean Nice Amazing New Roommate!

Hi Guys, I am looking for an immediate tidy, cool, super chill employed roommate French or preferably bilingual to share my newly renovated large one bedroom apartment with for 3, and or 6 months to one year max. Also I wish to learn more French as I am a fast learning beginner here to become bilingual. It’s perfect for busy people and in a quiet amazing accessible neighbourhood in NDG. Includes WIFI, electric and cleaning and fully furnished. I am open to some furnishings like electronics, collectable art or own Bed if needed but aside from personal clothing.

I am currently new to the City and work as a Publicist at home (Relations Publique). I am super busy with a new appointment to the Montreal International Animation Festival and other client work so in and out of the apartment along with quite frequent visits to the local NDG Gym. I prefer someone with an equally busy schedule and doesn’t work from home.

I already share the apartment with my trauma therapy dog Chipper who is the most loving kind sweet German Shepherd that doesn’t bark unless you give him a definite reason to. Very trained and almost too perfect. lol Okay If you are that person and really looking for somewhere quick and need to get settled temporarily, this is a good fit.

I do work sometimes late at night so this nicely furnished apartment functions like two big rooms and I am offering the large bedroom and I take the living room which has a very comfortable New Sofa Bed where I sleep most of the time and spend 99 percent of my time in the large living room. There is a nice large balcony and the unit gets a tremendous amount of sunlight and is nicely furnished already so you don’t need to bring anything but what you need. There is a small locker downstairs where some items like suitcases and boxes can be stored. Parking is street parking and usually there is lots of parking available. Must be cool and no bias or discriminatory or prejudice characteristics and LGBTQ2+ friendly. This is a Non judgement non discriminatory household.

I am a public relations professional working from home and will be going in house in a few months working full time at the airport and looking for a roommate that is cool quiet and working or a student that can afford to coshare and pay towards rent.
