This rental is for a master bedroom with a closet (unfurnished, but has desk and chair - other furniture items can be discussed) in a townhouse with 2 female roommates starting May 1st. The basement has a washer and dryer. There is one bathroom that is shared and kept tidy by everyone. Location is very close to Southgate Centre (5 minute walk), thus also quick access to the LRT station and buses. Convenient for groceries and transportation for UofA students like myself! Rent is $522 a month not including utilities and wifi (split evenly amongst roommates), but usually totals around $650.

There are 2 other female roommates that have both graduated from UofA in recent years. All roommates are non-smokers. Everyone is very tidy, cooperative, and friendly! We have a weekly chore schedule to keep all areas of the house in check, and respect each other’s belongings (unless we agree to share certain things). We’re also very good at keeping noises down! Important for those that need quiet times to study and/or concentrate on other things.
