Great apartment in the heart of centretown. Within walking distance of the University of Ottawa, various businesses, multiple grocery stores, and public transit. Apartment faces west and gets a lot of sun. Also, there is a fire escape that functions as a little balcony with a view of downtown. The apartment is set up with 70Mbps internet. The deposit covers last month’s rent.

Very quiet building. The apartment is on the top floor, so there is no noise coming from above. I am a student at the University of Ottawa and spend a lot of time on campus. I’m pretty laid back as far as roommates go. Most of the time you’ll find me with headphones in or watching TV.
