The property is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood with quick access to busses, parks, grocery stores and a big mall. There’s a hospital close by as well.

The room has a south facing window that lets light in and let’s you see the forest outside. Sometimes deer come to hang out. It’s a smaller room but you could fit a bed and desk in there. There’s also an open closet that would provide enough space to fit a dresser.

Currently it’s just me, a 30 year old male who works in the trades. I’m quiet and keep to myself. I spend most of the time in my basement on my computer so I won’t be in your way too much.
