A private room in the upstairs of what will be a newly-renovated raised bungalow with a fenced-in backyard, front yard, and space for parking. Located approximately half an hour by public transit to Conestoga College (both Doon and Downtown campus), it is located in a fairly quiet neighbourhood, within walking distance of grocery store, public library, parks, walking trails, and much more.

Current roomies are 3 young professionals: one male, and one couple. Looking for quiet, decently clean and responsible people, students and professionals welcome! Due to medical conditions and other preferences, this will be a pet-free, smoke (of any kind)-free, drug-free, alcohol-responsible household. Privacy would be respected, and expected. Regardless of who you live with, there will always be disagreements, misunderstandings, and different ways of doing things. The hope is to find are people who will respectfully work through and discuss any learning experiences encountered as independent adults learning to live in a new dynamic. Priority in finding a good fit. Christian roommates preferred.
