The property is located less than a 5 minute drive to fanshawe college. The room available is a basement bedroom with a private bathroom that has a shower and linen closet. There is also a living area in the basement. All utilities included like hydro, water, gas, internet and their is a shared laundry room as well. There is also a home gym on the premises for anyone interested in fitness. The kitchen would be a shared space.

We are a young couple in our twenties looking to rent out our basement. New roomie must be ok with animals as we have 2 dogs and 1 cat.
