Hi, I am looking for a female student / professional to rent out my shared 2 bed 1 bath condo. I am a student and also work part time, so looking for a working professional or busy student as it is a small space and gets crowded very easily! I have a cat, but ask that anyone who is interested be pet free. The room is equipped with a double bed, no bed frame, a small side table, and a built in closet. The rest of the house is furnished. Utilities, wifi, and condo amenities (gym, game room etc) are all included in the price First and last month required

I am a third year student at UofT and work part time. I am planning to work full time in summer, so I try not to be home much in the daytime.
