A small three bedroom townhome in a family-oriented area, about five minutes to the nearest grocery store by vehicle. Person who applies will be added to lease, and is asked to provide last month’s rent to current occupant. Parking is available, with an added $40 fee per month, which can be provided for the new tenant. An interview of any candidate is required, as well as verification of income. There will be no smoking within the townhome.

I am a 58 year old female on CPP Disability, who retired after a wonderful career. It is important to know that I will be at home most of the time; family is important to me. Cleanliness and infection control are important as well to keep me safe. I love to laugh and look at the bright side of life. Requesting no substance use outside of cannabis use. I have a non-allergenic small breed dog, so must like pets.
