1st Bedroom $1,100 – Unfurnished but has a mounted TV and closet. Shared bathroom with Roommate 2

2nd Bedroom $950– Twin bed and closet. Shared bathroom with Roommate 1

$2000 - If you are a couple/friends looking to rent both rooms + bathroom

We are hoping to rent to two people but if we find one person who fits right in by themselves then they will have the bathroom to themselves. Therefore, rent for a 1 bedroom and private bathroom will be $1300. Hope that makes sense, if you have any questions dm me.

House rules: -Quiet hours - 11pm-7am. -Laundry - Once a week -Clean up after yourself when using kitchen, common spaces as well as your room and bathroom.

The location: Based in the district of the Junction Area in Toronto by St Clair and Weston rd. Right across from the Stockyards Village. Nations (huge grocery store), Shoppers Drug Mart, Tim Hortons, and many restaurants are right across the street.

Transportation: -Buses 41 and 89 are across the street 6 to 9 stops away from Keel Station. -512 bus will take you to St Clair Subway station.

Not a scent or light sensitive home. Also, this is a townhouse so it’s 3 floors and lots of stairs

Hello friends!

We are a Queer black couple in our mid 30’s (37 and 35) looking to rent out our rooms in our 3 Bedroom home to 1 or 2 other people. We are both working professionals who work mostly from home and sometimes outside the home. In our free time we like to work out, practice yoga (way of life), eat, travel and once in a blue moon (maybe once every 3 months) we like to party or have friends over.

We are looking for: • Working professionals (with day jobs) • Morning people • Non smokers • Clean and organized • Kind + considerate

Our home is our sanctuary. It is mostly quiet and peaceful. We would like to find 2 people/1 person who’s life style reflects ours.
